I have selected a range of work which demonstrates final outcomes, prep work, sketchbook work and life drawing. I feel that my selected pieces show my ability to use mixed media, how I generate and develop my ideas and also shows examples of computer generated outcomes. I have also shown a piece that was the product of a team effort, which was specified as part of a brief in an apprentice style competition at college. All of the work I have selected has been produced while I have been at college and I feel that these are some of the best pieces that I have created while on the course.

| Aprrentice competition final : This was a group project where we had to brand peanut butter and present it to a board of designers, similar to the apprentice on the BBC. As a team, we had to produce a mock up of the product, advertisement and then we had to present it in a proffesional manner to our tutors. Each member of the group had a different job to perform and my role was market research. |

| Music brief LP cover design volume1: For this breif i was tasked with designing a cover for a grunge compilation ablum. The design had to work on both CD and 12" formats. |

Life drawing : This is part of still life drawing which we did in the first year. The task was to create shade and shape using only two colours.
Ideas page : These are some of my ideas for a fragrance branding breif. I had to design a peice of packaging for Topshop and Topman.
Idea development : Here is the development of one of my ideas from the fragrance branding project. I experimented with nets and patterns.
Media experimentation : This is some media experimentation from a project where I had to explore typeographic expression. To achieve this, I had to illustrate a proverb using trype.
Scamps for DPS project : These are some ideas for page layouts for a DPS project. I had to design a double page spread for creative review based on a trip to the URBIS Center.
Life drawing : This life drawing was an experimentation using pastel. The model would hold a pose and then change his pose and i had to capture the poses.
Research page : This is part of the research for my Typeographic expression posters. I looked at film posters to see how they used type to capture an image for the film.
Sketch book page, russian constructivism : Similar to the Japanese print pages, this is also from my contextual studies sketchbook.
Sketch book page, artist blek le rat : This is also from my contextual studies. Blek Le Rat was my contempory arts and crafts artist study.
Branding project : As part of a branding breif, i was tasked with creating a conpany, creating a logo, using the logo on a graphic aplication and creating an advertisment. Here i show the final outcome for the logo and advertisement. I branded a dance supply company which i named jazz hands.

Fashion packaging final : This is the final outcome of the fragrance packaging product. My idea changed alot during the idea development stage and this is the final product.
Music Breif CD cover design volume 2 : This is volume 2 of the music breif. The design had to relate to volume 1 to show it was part of a series.
